The Rising American Electorate—young people, people of color and unmarried women—face unique challenges when it comes to their work, health and future. As of 2020, they're 150 million people strong, making up 64% of the people who can vote in America. They also make up a significant population of unregistered voters (73%). The Voter Participation Center is working to change that.

August is Black Business Month! Join us in taking this opportunity to support Black-owned businesses and restaurants in your area. We at Cisco Sydney are raising funds for the Sydney Children's Hospital during the CSR Webex Charity Event (Bingo & Talent Night). Donations of any amount are welcome and much appreciated. It's been a tough year so far. And it has also brought us together even more. In my pursuit to test my limits, I'll be attempting three 200 miles footraces across the country in August, September and October. While it's hard to predict outcomes for such races, know it that i'll give my best and a little more. June is Pride month! The Pride 2020 Fund celebrates Pride by featuring organizations addressing the multi-faceted needs of the diverse LGBT+ community. The Fund includes organizations advancing the well-being of the community through direct services and mental health resources as well as those promoting equity and representation through legal services and policy advocacy.

The Queer & Trans People of Color (QTPOC) Fund supports organizations that promote equity, inclusion, and advocacy for people of color within the LGBTQ+ community. The Fund celebrates Pride month through the lens of the ongoing movement for racial justice, acknowledging the intertwined nature of both movements as well as the intersectionality of the QTPOC community's experiences.

COVID-19 has created unprecedented difficulties for people to earn and provide food for their families. Join me in supporting Food Banks that are helping people in need.

These 2 communities are some of the most impacted communities by racial injustice in Canada. Donating to these funds will help people in these communities tremendously. However, please remember that it's not the only thing to do. Please be an ally, speak out against injustice, and check your own biases. A fund to fight racial and socio-economic injustice in the United States.
