Foster Adopt Minnesota is contracted by the Department of Human Services. Foster Adopt Minnesota is dedicated to supporting and sustaining families who adopt Minnesota Waiting Children by providing online resources and referrals to therapeutic and crisis services, support groups, adoption information a
