Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Inc
Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest types of cancer with only 8.2% of people living up to 5 years post diagnosis--only 20% live up to 2 years post diagnosis. The primary reason for the high mortality stems from the symptoms being nearly void until the cancer has reached an advanced stage.
More research funding can produce testing for early detection and better treatments for those in the advanced stage.
